TOOL currently contains over 2000 videos and other materials focusing on deaf and hard of hearing issues (e.g. sign language, interpreters, lipreading, and other similar topics).

You can register and reserve TOOL materials through the web site below. You can check out three items at one time and you can reserve materials up to one year in advance.

Because TOOL requires the user to select a password, we are requiring everyone to register for TOOL even if you were already registered for PLL. Any Texas resident is eligible to register and it is FREE! After your registration is processed you will receive a TOOL User ID via email.

TOOL is based on Alexandria Web - an easy to use, on-line library search and reservation program.
