Infant and Toddler Intervention Program ECI (ITIP) provides family-centered early childhood intervention services to children birth to three years of age with developmental delays, and assures that their families have the resources and support they need to reach their goals by promoting nurturing relationships, healthy development, positive learning experiences, and community involvement. Services are provided to children in home and community based settings and are available to children who live in the Plano Independent School District, as well as Wise and Denton counties.
